Why We're Here

About US

We don't just make apparel. We create reasons to check in.

Checkin Culture was built around a simple idea: some of the conversations that matter most are also the hardest ones to start.

Mental health. Healing. Resilience. Relationships. Survival. The things we've been through—and the things we're still working through.

Our apparel is designed to help put those conversations into the world.

Sometimes it begins with four simple words:

You Good, Bruh?

Sometimes it's a declaration:

Hard Shit Survivor.

And sometimes it's simply wearing something that makes another person stop, think, ask a question, or tell their own story.

Because behind every message is a person.

And behind every person is a story worth hearing.

More Than a Message. It's a Movement

Checkin Culture

Built From Real Conversations

Checkin Culture was founded by Etoya R. White, LPC, a therapist, educator and mental-health advocate whose work has centered conversations about mental health, relationships, healing and resilience.

What began with “You Good, Bruh?” grew from a simple belief: checking on somebody can change a moment—and sometimes a life.

Checkin Culture expands that idea beyond one message or one community. Every collection is designed around something worth talking about.
