Returns & Exchanges

Every Checkin Culture piece is made especially for you. Because our apparel is produced on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for changes of mind.

We want you to love what you ordered, so please review the size guide and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once we review the information, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to arrange an eligible replacement or refund.

Sizing

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the incorrect size is ordered. Please use the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Additional shipping or replacement costs may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Before Sending Anything Back

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. In many cases involving damaged or defective products, a physical return is not necessary.
